结扎前列腺动脉保留尿道前列腺切除术95例报告

目的：分析95例结扎前列腺动脉保留尿道前列腺切除术的治疗效果及各种并发症。方法：回顾性分析95例结扎前列腺动脉保留尿道前列腺切除术的临床资料，进行经验总结。结果：95例结扎前列腺动脉保留尿道前列腺切除术病人术后排尿困难2例，无尿失禁、切口感染、和术后大出血。结论：结扎前列腺动脉保留尿道前列腺切除术疗效好、并发症少，手术指征可以放宽，手术止血和手术技巧是成功的关键。

95 Cases of Extraurethra Prostatectomy with Ligature of Urethral Atery

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect and complications of extraurethra prostatectomy with ligature of urethral artery.Methods Retrospective analysis based on the clinical records of 95 cases undergoing extraurethra prostatectomy was made with emphasis on operational experiences.Results Among the 95 patients, 2 cases had dysuria and there was no incontinence, no incision infection, and no hemorrgage after surgery.Conclusion Extraurethra prostatectomy with the ligature of urethral artery is a better performance with better therapeutical effect, less complications and less limitation on surgical indications. Operational skills and expertise in hemostasis are crucial to surgical success.
