摘    要:目前研究认为,白细胞介素3(IL—3)可以促进骨髓多能干细胞的分化和增殖。本文将一例急性粒细胞白血病患者外周血白血病细胞进行培养,传代70代以上,并对其进行了形态学观察、细胞化学和免疫细胞化学染色、细胞表面标记和染色体分析。结果表明,rIL—3在体外培养中对原始粒细胞确有促进其增殖作用。

IN VITRO OBSERVATION AND STUDY ON HUMAN ACUTE MYELOBLASTIC LEUKEMIA (AML) CELLS INDUCED BY RECOMBINANT INTERLEUKIN 3 (IL-3) IN LONG-TERM CULTURE
Abstract:It has been shown that IL-3 is able to stimulate the proliferation and differentiation of hemopoieticstem cell in vitro. In this paper, We have established an human acute myeloblastic leukemia cell lineinduced by IL-3, It has been studicd and observed by cytochemistry, immunoelectron microscopy,scaning electron microscopy, surface markers and chromosome analysis. The results indicate that IL-3is able to stimulate the proliferation of AML cells in vitro. These AML cells still possesse thecharacters of blastic cell in morphology, cytochemistry and cell surface markers.
