2007年上海市长宁区手足口病流行特征

目的了解本区手足口病流行特征，为制定合理的防控措施提供依据。方法对2007年网络直报系统归属为辖区内的手足口病病例进行流行病学分析。结果2007年本区共报告手足口病病例390例，流动人口发病率高于户籍人口。发病有明显季节性．3月开始上升，6月达高峰，7月下降；年龄分布以2～6岁为主，占病例总数的70．77％；幼托儿童与散居儿童发病比为2．40：1；男女性别比为1．20：1。结论加强疾病监测、开展危险因素分析．加大流行季节对幼托机构、学校、流动人口集聚地等重点地区、重点人群进行健康干预，提高人群健康水平。

Epidemiological characteristics of hand foot and mouth disease of Chang Ning District in years 2007

Objective To understand epidemiological characteristics of hand foot and mouth disease of Chang Ning district in order to provide basis for formulating reasonable prevention and control measure. Method Cases of hand foot and mouth disease in direct network report system of years 2007 belonging to Chang Ning dis trict were epidemiologically analyzed. Results There were 390 cases of hand foot and mouth disease reported of our area in 2007,disease incidence of fluid population was higher than resident population. Onset of this Disease was obviously seasonal,cases have increased since March,June was its peak time and in July cases decreased; Main age distribution was 2-6 age stages,accounting for 70.77% of the total cases; Morbidity ratio of nursery children and scattered children was 2.40 ： 1;The ratio of sex was 1.20 ： 1. Conclusion We should strengthen diseasesur veillance and carry out etiopathogenisis analysis, enhance health intervention to key population in key areas such as kindergarten and nursery organizations, school and fluid population gathering areas in prevalence seasons in order to improve health level of population.
