| 摘 要： | 目的:观察评估中医综合方案治疗急性缺血性中风病人急性期神经功能缺损的疗效。方法:采用前瞻性、多中心、中央随机、平行对照试验的设计方法,606例患者分别用中医综合(试验组274例)和西医加中药安慰剂(对照组263例)治疗(剔除15例、脱落54例),并观察NIHSS评分。结果:与对照组比较,试验组患者治疗后7天、14天、21天的NIHSS评分降低(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合治疗方案可改善患者21天以后的神经缺损情况,随着随访时间的延长,中医综合治疗方案有改善患者NIHSS评分、提高患者生存质量的趋势。
