职业妇女围生期性行为调查

目的:了解妇女围生期、哺乳期的性行为现状,探讨对特殊人群进行性教育的切入点及重点。方法:自制女性性行为调查表,对江门市市直机关、单位、工厂企业妇女852人进行回顾性调查。结果:受访者60.3%在孕期有性行为,多发生在孕中期,孕早期及孕晚期较少。因性生活而引起宫缩流血等不适者占15.0%;91.1%的受访者在产后42天以后恢复性生活。结论:本地区职业妇女生殖健康状况良好。为顺应妊娠期妇女的生理变化,孕早、晚期应控制性生活,适度的性生活对妊娠无不良影响。产后恢复性生活的时间在42天以后为宜。

Investigation on sexual behaviour in perinatal period of occupational women

Objective:To know sexual behaviour status of perinatal and lactation period, and investigate the focal point of sex education for special mass. Method: 852 women were analyzed retrospectively in questionnaire. Result: 60.3% of women had sexual behaviour in gestational period. Most of them occurred in middle gestational period. Only a few occurred in early and late gestational period. 15.0% of women had negative symptoms such as uterus contraction and vaginal bleeding. 91.1% of women recover sexual life after 42 days postpartum. Conclusion: Reproductional health status of occupational women in the city is good. Sexual life in early and late gestational period should be controlled in order to adapt to physiologic changes in pregnancy. Moderate sexual life has no bad effect on pregnancy. It is adequate to recover sexual life after 42 days postpartum.
