| 摘 要： | 目的:观察大鼠肾性高血压主动脉磷脂酶C(PLC)活性变化及洛沙坦对其的影响。方法:大鼠行二肾一夹者为实验组,术后4~8周给洛沙坦者为治疗组,不接受手术者为对照组。分别于术后4周、8周测定动脉血压与主动脉组织PLC活性。结果:与对照组相比,实验组8周大鼠动脉血压显著升高(P<0.01),主动脉组织PLC活性明显增强(P<0.05);洛沙坦显著降低动脉血压与主动脉PLC的活性(P<0.05)。结论:肾性高血压主动脉PLC活性升高,AngⅡ可能通过活化的PLC参与高血压的发生和发展。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effects of losartan on activity of phospholipase C in aorta in renal hypertensive rats.Methods: The animal models of renal hypertension were made with two-kidneys and one-clip as study group;the animals treated with losartan at 4～8 weeks were taken as treatment group;and the animals receiving non-operation as the control group.The blood pressure and the activity of phospholipase C in aorta were measured at 4th week and 8th week.Results:Compared with control group,the blood pressure,the activity of phospholipase C significantly increased after operation at 4th week and 8th week,respectively(P<0.01).The activity of phospholipase C significantly decreased in losartan-treated groups.Conclusion: The activity of phospholipase C in aorta induced by AngⅡ may play an important role in renal hypertension. |
