| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨四法联用中药复方降糖作用的机制。方法:以SD大鼠为对象,用链脲佐菌素(STZ)复制实验性糖尿病大鼠模型,应用免疫组化方法观察四法联用中药胶囊对糖尿病大鼠胰岛A、B细胞的影响。结果:四法联用中药胶囊对糖尿病大鼠胰岛A细胞无明显影响;给予四法联用中药胶囊4周后,治疗组大鼠胰岛B细胞与模型组比较体积较大,颗粒增多,胰岛内阳性细胞数量明显增多。结论:四法联用中药胶囊降糖作用机制可能在于其对损伤的胰岛B细胞有一定的修复作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the mechanism of glucose-decreasing effect of the herbs with four-method-associated-application(FMH).Methods:Used SD rats with STZ to create the experimental diabetic rats models,observed the effects of the FMH on the A cells and B cells in the islet.Results:FMH has no obvious effects on the A cell in the islet of the rats.After 4 weeks of treatment with giving FMH,the B cells of the rats in the islet is bigger in size,and their grain quantity increased comparing with the model group.Conclusion:The mechanism of glucose-decreasing effect of the FMH is to possibly recover the destroyed B cell in the islet. |
