非何杰金氏淋巴瘤针吸细胞学及电镜观察

摘    要: 目的 探讨非何杰金氏淋巴瘤的针 吸细胞学形态特征及诊断中的意义。方法 对17例淋巴瘤及2例淋巴结反应 性 增生用细针吸取细胞学诊断,并将针吸标本用20%琼脂作依托再按常规扫描电镜,透射电镜 技术分别制样观察,部分手术切除标本用石腊切片HE染色,常规透射电镜制样供观察。结果 淋巴结反应性增生,细胞形态多样呈弥漫分布,有T、B细胞来源的,可见 大、小淋巴细胞及浆细胞等。结论 瘤细胞形态具有明显异型性以及单一性 ,T细胞淋巴瘤和B细胞淋巴瘤瘤细胞各有不同的超微病理学特征,具有诊断价值。

Abstract:Objective To elucidate the significance of cytology and EM observation in the differential diagnosis of lympho hyperplasia and non Hodgkin lymphoma.Methods The samples of fine needle aspiration with the 20 percent aganose as the back or the samples,we surveged 17 cases of lymphoma and 2 cases lymphadeno hyperplasia in the general technology of aspiration samples for TEM and SEM and (Paraffin slide with H E) some part of surgical resectional samples were stained with H E.Results In lymphadeno hyperplasia the cellular shape were varied and the cells dipersed diffusely and the large,small lymphocytes and plasma cells from T or B cell were seen.Conclusion With the diagnosis of fine needle aspiration assited by the electron microscope observation,the accuraly for lymphoma diaguosis could be improved,in the same way,it is a comprehensive diagnosis method in which the samples are easily to obtain and the procedure can be carried out simply.
