| 摘 要： | 本文采用空间辨别反应——迷宫法和一次性被动回避性条件反应:跳台法、避暗法,观察了绞股蓝总皂甙对小鼠学习和记忆的影响。结果表明:绞股蓝总皂甙可改善樟柳碱造成的记忆获得不良和40％乙醇造成的记忆再现缺损。提示绞股蓝总皂甙可增进小鼠学习和记忆的作用。

| Abstract: | Passive, avoidance response for once and maze in mice were used in our experiment, Gynosaponin was capable of antagonizing anisodine-induced impairment of learning in maze and anisodine-induced deficiency of acquisition of memory in step-down test in mice. Gynosaponin was shown to improve alcohol-induced deficiency of retriveal in the step down test and the step-through test in mice. Our results suggested that gynosaponin facilitate learning and memory of mice. |
