经尿道前列腺电切术的并发症防治

目的 探讨经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)术中、术后常见并发症及其产生原因,提高TURP的治疗效果.方法 对644例前列腺增生症患者行TURP术,平均年龄72.2岁,术前及术后测血常规、血电解质术,术后随访3～6个月.结果 本组无死亡病例,血常规及血清电解质术前后变化不明显,发生电切综合征(TURS)16例(2.4%),术中出血或继发性出血32例(4.8%),包括膜穿孔12例(1.8%),暂时性尿失禁22例(3.3%),永久性尿失禁1例(0.15%),尿道狭窄20例(3.0%).结论 TURP是一种治疗BPH疗效确切,安全性较高的手术,但有一定的并发症发生率,应予重视.

Complications of transurethral resection of the prevention of the prostale prevention and management

Objective To review the intra and postoperative complication of transurethal resection of prostate(TURP). Methods Turp was undertoleen for 664 BPH patients with a mean-age of 72.2. Blood routive, Serum sodrum were measured pre and post-operatively. The patients have been followed up at 3 and 6 months. Results There were not dead cases, and no obvious changes in hematocrit and serum sedium. TURS was mited rr 16, bleeding in 32, Urethral strictrue in 20, Perforation and extravasation in 12, incontinence in 22. Conclusion This method is safe, and has excellent outcome, prevent the complication is very improtance.
