不明原因持续肝功能异常患者肝组织和外周血单核细胞中HBV DNA检测分析

目的 :检测不明原因持续肝功能异常患者肝组织和其外周血单核细胞中 HBVDNA。方法 :采用原位分子杂交技术 ,分别检测随机选择的 40例不明原因持续肝功能异常患者外周血单核细胞和其肝组织中 HBV DNA。结果 :40例不明原因持续肝功能异常患者肝组织中 HBV DNA阳性 2 4例 ,阳性率为 5 8% ;外周血单核细胞中 HBV DNA阳性 1 8例 ,阳性率为 45 % ;两者比较 ,差异无显著性。结论 :对肝组织和外周血单核细胞进行 HBVDNA检测 ,有助于诊断隐性 HBV感染 ,后者对患者侵袭性小 ,取样简便。

The analysis of the detection of HBV DNA in the liver tissues and peripheral blood monocyte of the patients with prolonged abnormal liver function

Objective: To detect HBVDNA in the l iver tissues and peripheral blood monocyte of the patients with persistant abnor mal liver function due to undefined reasons. Methods: 40 patients with persistant abnormal state in liver function due to undefined reasons collected by ra ndom sampling method were examined for HBV DNA in the liver tissues and serum by the in situ molecular hybridization technique. Results: In such cases, there we r e 24 cases with positive expression of HBV DNA in the liver tissues, the rate o f p ositive expression was 58%, and there were 18 cases with positive expression of H BV DNA in peripheral blood monocyte,the rate of positive expression was 45%. There was no significant difference between them. Conclusions: Detecting HBV DNA in the liver tissues and peripheral blood mo nocyte can help diagnose the hidden infection by HBV. Detecting HBV DNA in the p eripheral blood monocyte may reduce the injury for the patients and make sample selecting easy.
