耳穴的脑、脊神经节投射

目的　观察耳穴向周围相关神经节的投射情况。方法　采用 HRP分别在 SD大鼠耳廓不同穴位点行皮下注射 ,于脑、脊神经节内观察酶标细胞的数量、形态和分布。结果　耳甲部穴 ,酶标细胞多出现在迷走神经节和交感神经节内 ;耳轮部穴 ,酶标细胞多出现在三叉神经节、脊神经节和交感神经节内。结论　耳穴对脑、脊神经节的投射与其神经支配来源完全一致 ;耳穴对交感神经节的投射是大量的 ,且标记神经元为多极神经元

Projection of Ear Points on the Brain and Spinal Ganglia

Purpose To observe the projection of ear points on peripheral related spinal ganglia.Methods Different ear points in SD rat auricles were subcutaneously injected with HRP and the number, form and distribution of the enzyme labeled cells were observed in the brain and spinal ganglia.Results If acupoints in concha ariculae were injected, enzyme labeled cells often appeared in vagal and sympathetic ganglia; if acupoints in the helix were injected, enzyme labeled cells often appeared in trigeminal, spinal and sympathetic ganglia. Conclusion The projection of ear points on the brain and spinal ganglia conforms completely to the nerves controlling them. The projection of ear points on to sympathetic ganglia is in large amounts and most of the enzyme labeled cells are multipolar ones.
