早期大肠癌基质溶素与血管生成的关联性

目的:探讨早期大肠癌基质溶素(m atrilysin,M M P-7)表达和肿瘤血管生成的关系。方法:用免疫组织化学法检测早期大肠癌中M M P-7表达及肿瘤微血管密度(m icrovessel density,M V D)。结果:从正常肠黏膜、腺瘤、早期大肠癌到进展期大肠癌M V D表达呈上升趋势(P<0.05)。早期大肠癌M V D随肿瘤侵袭深度增加呈增高趋势(P<0.05);有转移者高于无转移者(P<0.05)。30例早期大肠癌中,12例M M P-7阳性表达,M M P-7阳性表达组的M V D明显高于阴性组(P<0.05);M M P-7和M V D显著正相关(r=0.7236,P<0.05)。结论:M M P-7可能通过促进肿瘤血管的形成参与早期大肠癌的发生、浸润和转移。

Relationship between matrilysin expression and angiogensis in early colorectal cancer

Objective To investigate the correlation of matrilysin(MMP 7) expression with the angiogensis in early colorectal cancer. Methods High sensitive S P immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of MMP 7 and microvessel density (MVD) in 30 cases clinical specimens. Results MVD was gradually increased from normal muscosas,ACF,adenomas,early colorectal cancers to advanced colorectal cancers (P< 0.05,respectively). The level of MVD increased in parallel with the depth of invasion (P< 0.05). The level of MVD in cancers with metastasis was higher than those with no metastasis (P< 0.05). There was significant difference of MVD between MMP 7 positive early colorectal cancers and negative ones (P< 0.05). In early colorectal cancer,the MMP 7 expression was positively correlation with the MVD (r=0.7236,P< 0.05). Conclusion MMP 7 may promote carcinogenesis,infiltration and metastasis by means of angiogensis in early colorectal cancer.
