| 摘 要： | 目的 观察危重病患者血清C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、白蛋白(albumin,ALB)及前白蛋白(prealbumin,PA)的变化,探讨其与病情严重程度及预后的关系.方法 监测60例危重病患者入ICU后第1、3、5、7天CRP、ALB和PA水平,根据患者的预后将患者分成死亡组与非死亡组.结果 死亡组及非死亡组第1天CRP和PA水平差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),第3、5、7天死亡组患者CRP明显高于非死亡组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),死亡组PA明显低于非死亡组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),两组患者ALB经统计学分析,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 危重病患者病情越重,CRP水平升高越明显,PA水平呈持续下降趋势.
