益脾升白汤治疗恶性肿瘤放化疗后白细胞减少症的疗效研究

目的探究益脾升白汤治疗恶性肿瘤放化疗后白细胞减少症的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取我院2014年1月—2015年1月收治的76例恶性肿瘤放化疗后白细胞减少症患者(外周血白细胞低于4.0×109/L)作为此次的研究对象,按照随机数表法随机分为观察组和对照组,各38例。对照组患者服用利血生20mg/次、鲨肝醇100mg/次,每日3次,口服;观察组服用益脾升白汤,每日1剂,两组疗程均为4周。比较两组患者治疗前后白细胞数量、主要症状积分、临床疗效及用药安全性。结果治疗后,两组患者白细胞数量较治疗前均明显上升(P0.05),且观察组患者白细胞数量明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组患者治疗后主要症状积分有明显改善,且与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P0.05);两组患者在整个治疗过程中均未出现严重的不良反应,比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论益脾升白汤治疗恶性肿瘤放化疗后白细胞减少症具有良好的临床疗效及安全性,明显改善了临床症状、使白细胞数量升高,且无明显不良反应,值得临床推广。

The Therapeutic Effect of Yipi Shengbai Decoction in the Treatment of Malignant Tumors after radiotherapy and chemotherapy Leukopenia

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and safety of Yipi Shengbai decoction in the treatment of malignant tumors leukopenia.Methods 78 cases of patients with malignant tumor after radiotherapy and chemotherapy leukopenia after chemotherapy (WBC less than4.0× 109 / L) were selected in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015.According to the table of random numbers,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group took orally leucogen 20 mg every time,shark liver alcohol 100mg every time,3 times a day.The observation group took Yipi Shengbai decoction,one dose each day.The two groups were treated for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,the number of white blood cells,the main symptom scores,clinical effect and drug safety was compared.Results After treatment,the number of leukocytes significantly increased (P＜0.05),and the number of white blood cells of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment,symptom scores were significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant (P＞0.05).Conclusion Yipi Shengbai decoction in the treatment of malignant tumors after radiotherapy and chemotherapy leukopenia has good clinical effect and safety,significantly improved clinical symptoms and blood cell count,no significant adverse reactions,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
