丹皮酚体外抗肿瘤作用研究进展

丹皮酚为中药牡丹皮的主要活性成分。现代药理研究发现,丹皮酚具有抗菌消炎、解热镇痛、免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抗血栓以及抗氧化等作用。近年来,丹皮酚抗肿瘤作用及机制的研究逐渐成为热点,其在抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、增强肿瘤细胞对放化疗的敏感性以及减轻肿瘤患者对放化疗的不良反应等方面具有独特的优势,且对多种肿瘤细胞均有抑制作用,应用前景广阔,现将近年来丹皮酚体外抗肿瘤作用的研究以及相关机制的探讨综述如下。

Research Progress on Antitumor Effect of Paeonol in Vitro

Paeonol is the main active component of Moutan Cortex.Modern pharmacological study revealed that paeonol has extensive pharmacological action,such as anti-inflammatory and antibiosis,defervesoence and Knalgesia,immunoregulation,antitumor,antithrombus,antioxidant and so on.In recent years,the antitumor effect and mechanism of paeonol have become a hot research topic,paeonol has its unique advantages in inhibiting proliferation of tumor cells,inducing tumor cells apoptosis,increasing the sensitivity to radiotherapy and chemotherapy of tumor cells,and reducing adverse reactions of radiation and chemotherapy in patients with cancer.It has inhibiting effect on a number of human tumor cells.The paeonol has broad prospects in application.This article reviewed the study progress of antitumor effect of paeonol in vitro and its relevant mechanisms.
