穴位贴敷配合穴位按摩治疗糖尿病便秘患者的护理观察

目的观察穴位贴敷联合穴位按摩对糖尿病便秘患者的临床疗效。方法选取2015年3月—2016年3月于大连市中医医院内分泌科收治的糖尿病伴便秘患者60例,采用信封法随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组30例,采用常规护理方法,试验组30例,在对照组基础上采用穴位贴敷联合穴位按摩,观察患者临床疗效。结果试验组优于对照组,有统计学差异(P0.05)。结论穴位贴敷联合按摩治疗糖尿病便秘患者疗效肯定。

Nursing Observation on Acupoint Application Combined with Acupoint Massage in the Treatment of Diabetic Constipation

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint application combined with acupoint massage on patients with diabetes constipation.Methods From March 2015 to March 2016 in department of endocrinology of Dalian hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,60 cases of diabetic patients with constipation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group using the envelope method.30 cases in the control group received routine nursing care,and the experimental group of 30 patients used acupoint application combined with acupoint massage on basis of the control group.The clinical curative effect was observed.Results The experimental group was better than the control group,and there was statistical difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion The acupoint application combined with massage in the treatment of diabetic constipation has significantly curative effect.
