膝三针治疗膝骨关节炎35例临床观察

目的对膝三针治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效进行观察。方法应用随机数字表把纳入的70例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,两组各35例,对照组予塞来昔布胶囊,治疗组在对照组基础上予膝三针,膝三针为血海、梁丘、内外膝眼。比较两组治疗前后膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效、症状分级量化积分表及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)。结果治疗组、对照组的总有效率分别是94.29%和74.29%;三组VAS评分、症状量化积分治疗前后差值的组间比较,治疗后、治疗结束后8周,治疗组与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05),表明在改善膝关节活动功能、减轻疼痛症状等方面治疗组效果均优于对照组。结论膝三针治疗肝肾不足、筋脉瘀滞型膝骨关节炎疗效显著,并能提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广。

Clinical Observation on Knee Tri-Acupuncture in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis for 35 Cases

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of knee tri-acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods Using the random number table,70 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received oral administration of celecoxib capsules.The treatment group received knee tri-acupuncture at Xuehai (SP10),Liangqiu (ST34),Neixiyan (EX-LE4) and Waixiyan on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effect,symptom classification quantization table and visual analogue scale (VAS) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 94.29% and 74.29%,respectively.Before and after treatment,the difference on the VAS score and symptoms quantify integral between the two groups,after treatment and 8 weeks after the treatment,the treatment group was compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),which showed that the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in improving the function of the knee joint and relieving pain symptoms.Conclusion The knee tri-acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis of liver and kidney deficiency and blood stasis of tendon and vessel has significantly curative effect,it can improve the quality of life of patients,and is worthy of promotion.
