金刚藤胶囊联合康妇消炎栓治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效观察

目的分析金刚藤胶囊联合康妇消炎栓治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法选取2015年6月—2016年6月我院所收治的97例慢性盆腔炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用康妇消炎栓治疗,观察组采用金刚藤胶囊联合康妇消炎栓治疗,对比两组疗效。结果观察组患者在接受治疗后的症状与体征积分低于对照组;观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,两组对比存在明显差异,P0.05。结论金刚藤胶囊联合康妇消炎栓治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效颇为满意,能够提高治疗有效率,促进患者的临床症状、体征快速、有效的缓解。

Observation on the Curative Effect of Jin'gangteng Capsule Combined with Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository in Treating Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Objective To analyze the curative effect of Jin'gangteng capsule combined with Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 97 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected from June 2015 to June 2016 year, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository.The observation group was treated with Jin'gangteng capsule combined with Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository.The curative effect of two groups was compared.Results The symptoms and signs of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and there were significant differences between the two groups, P<0.05.Conclusion Jin'gangteng capsule combined with Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is quite satisfactory, can improve curative effect, and promote the rapid and effective relief of clinical symptoms and signs.
