浮刺法与巨刺法结合治疗周围性面瘫急性期的疗效观察

目的观察浮刺法与巨刺法相结合治疗周围性面瘫急性期的临床疗效。方法选择周围性面瘫急性期患者62例,随机分为观察组(32例)和对照组(30例)。观察组采用浮刺法结合巨刺法治疗,对照组采用常规针刺法治疗,观察两组临床疗效。结果观察组治疗后愈显率为90.6%,对照组治疗后愈显率为66.7%,两组患者的临床疗效比较差异明显(P0.05),具有统计学意义。结论针刺治疗面瘫效果良好;在周围性面瘫急性期时,用浮刺法与巨刺法相结合治疗具有协同增效作用。

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of the Combination of Superficial Needling and Grand Needling in the Treatment of Acute Peripheral Facial Paralysis

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the combination of superficial needling method and grand needling method in the treatment of acute peripheral facial paralysis.Methods 62 cases of acute peripheral facial paralysis patients were randomly divided into observation group (32 cases) and control group (30 cases).The observation group was treated by superficial needling combined with grand needling method, and the control group was treated with routine acupuncture therapy.The clinical effect of the two groups was observed.Results The healing rate of the observation group after treatment was 90.6%, while the healing rate of the control group after treatment was 66.7%, the clinical curative effect of the two groups was significantly different (P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture is effective in the treatment of facial paralysis.At the acute stage of peripheral facial paralysis, the combination therapy of the superficial needling method and the grand needling method has synergistic effect.
