加味桃核承气汤联合艾灸治疗老年骨折术后腹胀便秘的临床疗效

目的探讨加味桃核承气汤联合艾灸治疗老年骨折术后腹胀便秘的临床疗效。方法选择40例骨折术后腹胀便秘的老年患者,采用加味桃核承气汤联合艾灸治疗。结果临床治愈27例,显效6例,有效5例,无效2例,总有效率95%。结论加味桃核承气汤联合艾灸治疗老年骨折术后腹胀便秘,临床疗效确切,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Curative Effect of Modified Taohe Chengqi Decoction combined with Moxibustion in the Treatment of Postoperative Abdominal Distension Constipation of Senile Fracture Patient

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of modified Taohe Chengqi decoction combined with moxibustion in the treatment of postoperative abdominal distension constipation of senile fracture patient .Methods 40 cases of elderly fracture patients with postoperative abdominal distension and constipation adopted modified Taohe Chengqi decoction combined with moxibustion .Results 27 cases were clinically cured , 6 cases were markedly effective , 5 cases were effective , 2 cases were ineffective , and the total effective rate was 95%.Conclusion Modified Taohe Chengqi decoction combined with moxibustion in the treatment of postoperative abdominal distension constipation of senile fracture patient has definitely clinical curative effect and no significant adverse reactions , and it is worthy of clinical application .
