补肾益心调律法治疗病窦综合征临床观察

目的观察补肾益心调律法治疗病窦综合征(SSS)的疗效。方法选用80例病窦综合征病人作为本次研究对象,均服用补肾益心调律的中药治疗,记录其治疗前后的症状、心率、心电图和动态心电图、C反应蛋白(CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、血脂四项等。结果服用补肾益心调律的中药治疗后,80例患者基本治愈32例(40%),显效24例(30%),有效20例(25%),无效4例(5%),总有效率达到95%。CRP、HCY、血脂等指标较治疗前有明显改善,与治疗前相比,有明显差异(P0.05)。结论补肾益心调律法治疗病窦综合征疗效明显,且没有任何毒副作用。

Clinical Observation on the Therapy of Tonifying the Kidney for Replenishing Heart and Adjusting Rhythm in the Treatment of Sick Sinus Syndrome

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the therapy of tonifying the kidney for replenishing heart and adjusting rhythm in the treatment of sick sinus syndrome (SSS).Methods 80 cases of patients with SSS were given tonifying the kidney for replenishing heart and adjusting rhythm herbs.The symptoms, heart beats, EKG, Holter, serum CRP, HCY and fat four items were recorded before and after treatment.Results 80 cases of patients with SSS after treatment of tonifying the kidney for replenishing heart and adjusting rhythm herbs, 32 cases (40%) were clinical cured, 24 cases (30%) had marked effect, 20 cases (25%) were effective, 4 cases (5%) were invalid, and the total effective was 95%.Comparing with pro-treatment, patients' serum CRP, HCY and fat four items had significant improvement (P<0.05).Conclusion Therapy of tonifying the kidney for replenishing heart and adjusting rhythm in the treatment of SSS has significantly curative effect and without any side effect.
