补阳还五汤加味治疗心肌梗死的临床效果评价

目的对补阳还五汤加味治疗心肌梗死的临床疗效进行观察与探究。方法选择我院2015年2月—2016年3月期间收治的心肌梗死患者90例,依据治疗方法的差异性将患者平均划分,每组45例。予以西医治疗的45例患者设为参照组,予以补阳还五汤加味治疗的患者设为研究组,最后比对两组心肌梗死患者的临床疗效。结果两组患者经不同方法护理后,研究组患者的治疗总有效率同参照组比对明显较高,并发症发生率同参照组比对明显较低,组间数据结果由统计工具检验分析可知,统计学意义产生。结论在心肌梗死治疗中应用补阳还五汤加味,疗效确切,可以使并发症发生率明显降低,具有临床应用价值。

Evaluation on the Clinical Effect of Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the Treatment of Myocardial Infarction

Objective To observe and discuss the clinical curative effect of modified Buyang Huanwu decoction in the treatment of myocardial infarction.Methods 90 cases of myocardial infarction patients were selected from February 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital, according to the difference of the treatment method, and they were divided into groups, with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given Western medicine.The study group was given modified Buyang Huanwu decoction.The clinical curative effect of two groups was compared.Results After different nursing methods, the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the complication rate study group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and there was statistical significance.Conclusion The modified Buyang Huanwu decoction in the treatment of myocardial infarction has definite effect, can significantly reduce the incidence of complications, and has clinical application value.
