夹脊平衡刺法联合长蛇灸治疗多发性硬化症30例

目的探讨夹脊平衡刺法联合长蛇灸治疗多发性硬化症的疗效。方法收集我院2014年3月—2016年2月间收治的多发性硬化症患者30例,采用夹脊穴平衡刺法联合长蛇灸法对患者进行30天的治疗,比较治疗前、后患者的EDSS评分和Barthel评分,用以评价联合疗法的疗效。结果 30例患者经过一个疗程的治疗,Barthel评分(48.33±14.84)与治疗前(42.50±15.47)比较,具有显著性差异(t=4.999,P=0.0000.01),同时EDSS评分(3.72±1.36)与治疗前(4.78±1.51)比较显著降低并具有统计学差异(t=6.053,P=0,0000.05)。结论夹脊平衡刺法联合长蛇灸治疗能共奏培补脏腑,扶正祛邪,疏通经络,强筋壮肉的功效,在大大缩减施针数量的同时,显著改善患者EDSS评分和Barthel评分,并能缓解MS患者肢体功能障碍和神经功能,取得了减轻患者病痛的良好治疗效果。

Jiaji Balance Puncture combined with Changshe Moxibustion in the Treatment of Multiple Sclerosis for 30 Cases

Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of Jiaji balance puncture combined with Changshe moxibustion in the treatment of multiple sclerosis ( MS) .Method 30 MS patients admitted from March 2014 to February 2016 in our hospital were collected for this study . All patients were treated with Jiaji balance puncture combined with Changshe moxibustion for 30 days.The EDSS score and Barthel score were assessed pre-and post-treatment for evaluating the therapeutic effect .Results The Barthel score of patients before and after treatment were (42.50 ±15.47) and (48.33 ±14.84), respectively, and there was significant difference (t=4.999, P=0.000<0.01).Likewise, the EDSS score of patients before and after treatment were (4.78 ±1.51) and (3.72 ±1.36), respectively.The decrease of EDSS score after treatment was statistically significant (t=6.053, P=0000<0.05).Conclusion The experimental results showed that combination of Jiaji balance puncture and Changshe moxibustion can reinforce the viscera fucntion , strengthen the viral qi and eliminate the pathogen , dredge the meridians , and improve the tendon and muscle .All these effects not only reduce the treatment time , but also effectively alleviate the MS patients ’ limb dysfunction and pains , and improve their nerve function presented with improved EDSS and Barthel scores .
