112例成人支气管肺炎(咳嗽)的中西医结合观察护理

目的探索成人支气管肺炎(咳嗽)病人的治疗护理经验。方法收集临床上112例成人支气管肺炎(咳嗽)病人,在中西医结合治疗、辨证施护理论指导下,采取相应的治疗护理措施,观察效果。结果患者为年老体弱伴有多种疾病的居多,在"急则治其标,缓则治其本"的理念指导下,109例患者好转,2例痊愈,1例死亡。结论对于成人支气管肺炎(咳嗽)病人的观察治疗护理,应在中西医结合原则指导下,采取必要的治疗护理措施。西药抗菌消炎,中药疏风散寒,清热解毒,宣肺化痰止咳,培补脾土;密切观察病情变化,严格执行医嘱,正确用药,注意药物疗效和反应,并注意生活起居,饮食调理,情志护理,健康教育指导,以取得满意效果。

112 Cases of Adult Bronchial Pneumonia (Cough) Observation And Nursing Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine And Western Medicine

Objective To explore the nursing experience of adult bronchial pneumonia (cough) treatment.Methods Based on the 112 adult bronchial pneumonia (cough) patients,collect data about the appropriate treatment combined with tradition Chinese medicine and Western medicine which under the guidance of dialectical theory,then observe the effect.Results More patients is older and frail with kinds of diseases.Under the guidance of"Treat symptoms in emergency,treat the root cause in not urgent."109 patients get better,2 are healed and 1 is dead.Conclusion The observation and nursing treatment of adult bronchial pneumonia (cough) patients which should under the guidance of the traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,take necessary treatment and nursing measures.Western medicine can be anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory,Traditional Chinese medicine scattering wind cold,clearing away heat and toxic material,dispersing lung and eliminating phlegm and stopping cough,nourishing spleen and soil.Then observe the change of the disease closely, take the doctors' advice strictly,use drugs correctly to care for the drug efficacy and response.Pay attention to daily life and dietetic regulation, emotional nursing,health education guidance to obtain a satisfactory result.
