中医辨证治疗肛瘘术后难愈性创面的应用意义评述

目的分析中医辨证治疗肛瘘术后难愈型创面的应用意义。方法选择2014年7月—2015年12月在我院进行就诊的肛瘘术患者106例,将患者分为西医治疗组和中医治疗组,每组53例,分析两组患者采用治疗方法进行治疗的临床效果。结果中医治疗组患者对难愈型创面的治疗效果明显优于西医治疗组患者,两组之间进行比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论中医辨证治疗肛瘘术后难愈型创面效果显著,能够减少不良反应的发生,提高临床治疗效果,值得临床推广及应用。

Review on the Application Significance of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation in the Treatment of Postoperative Refractory Wound of Anal Fistula

Objective To analyze the application significance of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation in the treatment of postoperative refractory wound of anal fistula .Methods Selecting 106 cases of patients with anal fistula operation from July 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital , they were divided into Western medicine treatment group and traditional Chinese medicine treatment group , with 53 cases in each group .The clinical effect of the two groups was analyzed .Results The curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was significantly better than that of the Western medicine treatment group , and the difference between two groups have statistical significance ( P <0.05 ) . Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation in the treatment of postoperative refractory wound of anal fistula has significantly curative effect , can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions , improve the clinical curative effect , and is worthy of clinical promotion and application .
