辨证论治心脏神经官能症的临床观察

目的探讨中医辨证论治心脏神经官能症临床应用效果。方法对照组给予常规西医治疗,研究组在常规西医治疗基础上加用中医辨证论治,两组心脏神经官能症患者均连续治疗8周,记录其临床疗效。结果研究组临床总有效率(88.89%)显著优于对照组(68.89%),数据对比P0.05。结论在常规治疗基础上加用中医辨证论治可显著提高心脏神经官能症患者临床疗效,有利于保障其生活质量及身心健康。

Clinical observation on Syndrome Differentiation in the Treatment of Cardiac Neurosis

Objective To explore the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of cardiac neurosis.Methods The control group was treated with routine Western medicine.The study group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation on the basis of conventional Western medicine.The patients in both groups were treated for 8 weeks consecutively, and the clinical curative effect was recorded.Results The total effective rate (88.89%) of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group (68.89%), the data comparison P<0.05. Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment, TCM syndrome differentiation can significantly improve the clinical curative effect of patients with cardiac neurosis, which is conducive to the protection of their quality of life and physical and mental health.
