养血清脑颗粒治疗缺血性中风后轻度认知功能障碍临床研究

目的研究养血清脑颗粒治疗缺血性中风后轻度认知功能障碍的临床效果。方法选取本院46例缺血性中风后轻度认知功能障碍患者作为研究对象。采用电脑随机抽取的方式将所有研究对象分为对照组和观察组各23例。对照组患者予以尼莫地平普通片治疗,观察组患者予以养血清脑颗粒治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后的认知功能综合评定、治疗后的MMSE评分结果。结果观察组患者治疗后的认知功能综合评分为(27.15±2.39)分,对照组患者为(25.14±2.48)分,观察组明显高于对照组;除了定向力和语言能力外,观察组患者的MMS各亚项评分均明显优于对照组,两组各项指标对比均存在统计学意义(P0.05)。结论临床采用养血清脑颗粒对缺血性中风后轻度认知功能障碍患者进行治疗,能够有效改善患者认知功能障碍情况,延缓患者痴呆的形成,值得应用并推广。

Clinical Research on Yangxue Qingnao Granule in the Treatment of Mild Cognitive Dysfunction after Ischemic Stroke

Objective To study the clinical effect of Yangxue Qingnao granule in the treatment of mild cognitive dysfunction after ischemic stroke.Methods 46 cases of patients with mild cognitive dysfunction after ischemic stroke in our hospital were selected as the research objects.Using computer random,all the objects were divided into control group and observation group,with 23 cases in each group.The control group was given Nimodipine ordinary tablets.The observation group was given Yangxue Qingnao granule.Before and after treatment,the comprehensive evaluation and cognitive function of MMSE score after treatment was compared.Results After treatment,the cognitive function for comprehensive score of the observation group and the control group was (27.15±2.39) and (25.14±2.48),respectively,the MMSE score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.In addition to the orientation force and language ability,the MMS each item score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and there were statistical significance (P＜0.05).Conclusion Yangxue Qingnao granule in the treatment of mild cognitive dysfunction after ischemic stroke can effectively improve the patients' cognitive dysfunction,slow down the formation of patients with dementia,and is worthy of application and promotion.
