中医方法治疗糖尿病的临床疗效

目的研究糖尿病采用中医疗法的临床效果。方法参照完全随机数表法,将2013年8月—2015年11月我院收治的糖尿病门诊患者200例随机分为两组,分别予以西药联合六味地黄丸治疗(常规组)和玉液汤联合西药治疗(中医组),每组100例,对比两组的临床疗效。结果中医组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,较常规组更高(χ2=9.43;P0.05);中医组的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖和糖化血红蛋白分别为(6.71±1.32)mmol/L、(8.59±1.54)mmol/L、(6.94±1.21)%,均显著低于常规组(t=11.04,13.75,12.43;P0.05);治疗后中医组的体质量为(65.43±4.97)kg,较常规组上升显著,中医症候评分为(12.43±3.95)分,较常规组有显著下降(t=15.28,12.57;P0.05)。结论采用中医疗法治疗糖尿病的效果确切,能显著改善血糖控制情况,促进症状改善,需对此引起充分重视。

the Clinical Curative Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Diabetes

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetes.Methods By reference to completely random indicator method,200 cases of patients with diabetes from August 2013 to November 2015 in outpatients of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The normal group was given Western medicine combined treatment of Liuwei Dihuang pill.The TCM group was given Yuye decoction combined Western medicine.Each group had 100 cases.The clinical curative effect was compared.Results The total effective rate of the TCM group was 95.00％ which was higher than that of the normal group (x2=9.43;P＜0.05).The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of the TCM group was (6.71±1.32) mmol/L,(8.59±1.54) mmol/L and (6.94±1.21) ％,respectively,which were significantly lower than those of the normal group (t=11.04,13.75,11.04,and P＜0.05).The body quality of TCM group after treatment was (65.43±4.97) kg,which increased significantly comparing with the normal group.TCM symptom score of the TCM group (12.43±3.95) points,which has dropped significantly comparing with the normal group (t=15.28,12.57;P＜0.05).Conclusion The therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetes has exactly curative effect,can significantly improve blood sugar control and symptoms,and should cause enough attention to this situation.
