TP化疗联合加味参芪汤治疗非小细胞肺癌疗效

目的观察TP方案化疗联合加味参芪汤加减在非小细胞肺癌患者中的应用及对患者免疫功能和毒副反应的影响。方法选取2015年5月—2016年7月医院诊治的非小细胞肺癌患者70例,根据治疗方案不同分为对照组35例和观察组35例。对照组采用TP方案化疗治疗,观察组联合加味参芪汤加减治疗,比较两组临床疗效及对患者免疫功能和毒副反应的影响。结果两组治疗前CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8及NK细胞含量差异无统计学意义(P0.05);观察组治疗后4周CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8及NK细胞含量,显著高于对照组(P0.05);观察组治疗后毒副反应发生率为31.4%,显著低于对照组的45.7%(P0.05)。结论非小细胞肺癌患者在TP方案化疗治疗基础上联合加味参芪汤加减治疗效果理想,能提高机体免疫,降低毒副反应发生率,值得推广应用。

The Therapeutic Effect of TP Chemotherapy Combined with Modified Shenqi Decoction in the Treatment of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective To observe the effect of TP chemotherapy combined with modified Shenqi decoction on immune function and toxicity in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 70 cases of patients with non-small cell lung cancer from May 2015 to July 2016 were divided into control group (n=35) and observation group (n=35) according to the different treatment.The control group received TP chemotherapy treatment.The observation group adopted modified Shenqi decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect of two groups and the effect on immune function and adverse reactions were compared.Results Before treatment,CD3,CD4,CD4 / CD8 and NK cell levels between the two groups was not statistically significant (P＞0.05).After 4 weeks,CD3,CD4,CD4 / CD8 and NK cell levels of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05).After treatment,adverse reactions of the observation group were 31.4％ which were significantly lower than 45.7％ of the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion The TP chemotherapy combined with modified Shenqi decoction in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer has ideal therapeutic effect,can improve immunity,reduce the incidence of low toxicity and side effects,and should be widely applied.
