针灸治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效及对血液流变学的影响

目的探讨针灸治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效及对血液流变学的影响。方法选择我院2014年4月—2016年3月收治的76例原发性痛经患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分组,观察组与对照组各38例,对照组单用药物治疗,观察组在药物基础上加针灸治疗,对两组患者疗效与血液流变学水平进行观察。结果观察组与对照组治疗总有效率分别为89.47%、65.79%,两组差异有统计学意义(P0.05);两组患者治疗前的全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积等血液流变学参数无明显差异(P0.05),治疗后均有改善,且观察组血液流变学参数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论针灸应用于原发性痛经治疗中效果满意,可有效调节血液流变学,对缓解临床症状具有显著作用,值得临床推广。

The Clinical Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Primary Dysmenorrhea and Its Effect on Hemorheology

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea and its effect on hemorheology.Methods 76 cases of patients with primary dysmenorrhea treated in our hospital from April 2014 to March 2016 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 38 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with single drug,while patients in the observation group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effect and the level of hemorheology in two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 89.47% and 65.79%,respectively,and there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hemorheology parameters such as whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,red blood cell pressure and other parameters between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05),but hemorheology parameters were improved after treatment.The blood rheological parameters in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea has satisfied effect,can effectively regulate hemorheology parameters,and has significant effect on alleviating clinical symptoms.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
