中西医结合治疗功能性消化不良临床观察

目的评价中西医结合治疗脾虚气滞型功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法将112例中医辨证为脾虚气滞型的功能性消化不良患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予西医规范治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药治疗。两组疗程均为3周。观察两组患者的症状、体征、疗效。结果治疗后两组患者对比,治疗组患者的症状改善较对照组更为明显。其差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论中医药能更好地改善功能性消化不良患者的临床症状,较单纯西医治疗更能获得满意的疗效。

Clinical Observation on the Therapy of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation type functional dyspepsia .Methods 112 cases of patients with functional dyspepsia due to spleen deficiency and qi stagnation type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group .The control group was treated with Western medicine standardized treatment.The treatment group was given Chinese herbal medicine on the basis of the control group .The course of treatment for the two groups was 3 weeks.The symptoms, signs and curative effect of the two groups were compared .Results After treatment, the improvement on symptoms of the treatment group was more significantly than that of the control group .The difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine can better improve the clinical symptoms of patients with functional dyspepsia , comparing with simple Western medicine , and it can obtain satisfactory curative effect .
