| 摘 要： | 目的观察补肝调肾汤对围绝经期妇女骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法将60例患者采用随机对照的方法分组。治疗组30例给予补肝调肾汤,对照组30例给予骨松宝颗粒。随访6个月。比较两组患者用药前后,服药有效性及骨密度(BMD)的变化。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为90%和67%。两组比较,有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论 "补肝调肾汤"对改善围绝经期骨质疏松症有显著疗效。

Clinical Study of Bugan Tiaoshen Decoction on Improving Osteoporosis in Perimenopausal Women |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of Bugan Tiaoshen decoction on osteoporosis in the perimenopause women.Methods 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups.30 cases in the treatment group were given Bugan Tiaoshen decoction.30 cases in the control group were given Gusongbao granule.All cases were followed-up for 6 months.The efficacy and the change of bone mineral density (BMD) of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 90％ and 67％,respectively.There were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Bugan Tiaoshen decoction can improve the therapeutic effect of osteoporosis in perimenopause. |
