独活寄生汤治疗肿瘤骨转移的临证经验总结

The incidence of cancer is increasing year by year, and it is difficult to find in the early stage, so it develops to the late stage of systemic metastasis.Patients have bone pain, most metastatic bone pain and activity limitation.According to TCM clinical syndrome, the disease because of liver and kidney deficiency, the use of tonifying the liver and kidney, strengthening the bones of Duhuo Jisheng decoction, clinical curative effect is very good.Duhuo Jisheng decoction is from Beiji Qianjin Yao Fang of Sun Simiao in the Tang Dynasty, and it has effect of dispelling rheumatism, relieving pain, nourishing the liver and kidney, supplementing qi and blood.Bone metastasis is the name of Western medicine.This paper analyzed the etiology, pathogenesis and treatment of bone paralysis, listed medical cases of Duhuo Jisheng decoction in treating tumor metastasis bone pain, and provided the basis for clinical application of Duhuo Jisheng decoction in later generations.
