中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎患者的护理体会及疗效观察

目的探讨中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎患者的疗效及护理体会。方法选择在我院治疗的慢性盆腔患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组40例行常规西药治疗,观察组40例则采用中西医结合治疗。给予患者适当的护理干预。结果治疗后,对照组和观察组治疗有效率分别为77.5%和95.0%,组间比较具有显著差异(P0.05)。本次研究中,对照组和观察组均未见明显毒副作用和不良反应。结论慢性盆腔炎患者采用中西医结合治疗效果显著,合适的护理干预可有效提高治疗效果,值得在临床中推广应用。

Observation on the Curative Effect and Nursing Experience of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Objective To explore the curative effect and nursing experience of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods Selecting 80 cases of chronic pelvic patients treated in our hospital,patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.In the control group,40 cases were treated with routine Western medicine.The observation group of 40 cases was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Patients were given appropriate nursing intervention.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the control group and the observation group was 77.5% and 95%,respectively,and there was a significant difference between the groups (P<0.05).In this study,no significant side effects and adverse reactions were observed in the control group and the observation group.Conclusion For patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment effect has obviously curative effect,the appropriate nursing intervention can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,and it is worth to be popularized in clinical application.
