柴胡疏肝散治疗慢性胰腺炎40例

目的探讨柴胡疏肝散治疗慢性胰腺炎临床应用效果。方法对照组慢性胰腺炎患者接受临床常规西医保守治疗,研究组在常规西医保守治疗基础上加用柴胡疏肝散,记录两组慢性胰腺炎患者临床治疗效果。结果两组慢性胰腺炎患者均顺利完成上述治疗,研究组临床总有效率(92.50%)显著高于对照组(72.50%),数据对比差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论对慢性胰腺炎患者给予常规保守治疗基础上加用柴胡疏肝散可显著提高其临床疗效,有利于保障患者生活质量及身心健康。

Chaihu Shugan Powder in the Treatment of Chronic Pancreatitis for 40 Cases

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of Chaihu Shugan powder in the treatment of chronic pancreatitis.Methods In the control group,chronic pancreatitis patients were treated with traditional Western medicine conservative treatment.The study group was given Chaihu Shugan powder on the basis of traditional Western medicine conservative treatment.The clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients with chronic pancreatitis was recorded.Results The total effective rate (92.50%) in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (72.50%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) between the two groups of chronic pancreatitis patients.Conclusion On the basis of the conventional conservative treatment,Chaihu Shugan powder can significantly improve clinical therapeutic effect,and help protect the quality of life of patients and physical and mental health.
