温针灸与针刺治疗老年性膝骨关节病的临床疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察温针灸和针刺治疗老年性膝骨关节病的临床疗效。方法选取于我院就诊诊断为膝骨关节病的患者65例,按就诊先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予针刺疗法,观察组给予温针灸疗法,观察两组患者临床总体有效率,并评价两组患者治疗前后膝关节活动功能参数。结果观察组患者的临床总体有效率高于对照组,P0.05差异具有统计学意义,治疗后观察组患者膝关节活动功能参数优于对照组,P0.05差异具有统计学意义。结论温针灸治疗老年性膝骨关节病较针刺疗法有更好的临床疗效。

Abstract:Objective To observe clinical curative effect of warm acupuncture-moxibustion and acupuncture in the treatment of senile knee osteoarthropathy.Method Selecting 65 cases of patients with knee osteoarthropathy in our hospital,according to the chronological order,and they were divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given acupuncture therapy.The observation group was warm given acupuncture and moxibustion therapy.The clinical overall effective rate was observed,and the knee joint activity function parameters were evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05 and the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,the knee joint activity function parameter of the observation group was better than that of the control group,P<0.05 and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The warm acupuncture-moxibustion therapy in the treatment of senile knee osteoarthropathy has better clinical curative effect.
