推拿手法配合针灸治疗老年肩周炎临床疗效观察

目的探讨在老年肩周炎患者的临床治疗中,推拿手法配合针灸的临床应用疗效。方法选取2014年3月—2016年3月期间在我院接受治疗的88例老年肩周炎患者为研究对象,随机均分为参照组和干预组,参照组患者接受针灸治疗,干预组患者在参照组患者治疗基础上联合推拿手法治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果、治疗前后的疼痛情况及治疗前后的肩关节功能评分。结果干预组患者的治疗效果明显好于参照组患者,治疗后的疼痛情况明显弱于参照组患者,但肩关节功能评分远高于参照组患者,两组对比,有明显的统计学差异(P0.05)。结论在老年肩周炎患者的临床治疗中,推拿手法配合针灸治疗的效果相对较好,值得推广。

Observation on the Clinical Curative Effect of Massage Manipulation combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Senile Periarthritis of Shoulder

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of massage manipulation combined with acupuncture in the treatment of senile periarthritis of shoulder .Methods From March 2014 to March 2014 in our hospital , 88 cases of elderly patients with periarthritis of shoulder were selected as the research objects , and all patients were randomly divided into control group and intervention group .The control group received acupuncture treatment .The intervention group received massage manipulation on the basis of the control group .The clinical effect, pain and shoulder joint function score before and after treatment was compared .Results The therapeutic effect of the intervention group was significantly better than that of the control group , pain after treatment of the intervention group was significantly weaker than that of the control group of patients , but shoulder joint function score of the of the intervention group was far higher than that of the control group , and there was significantly statistical difference ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusions In clinical treatment of elderly patients with periarthritis of shoulder , massage manipulation combined with acupuncture has relatively better therapeutic effect , and is worth promoting .
