张氏益胃汤对胃癌T细胞亚群的影响

目的探讨张氏益胃汤联合化疗对中晚期胃癌患者的临床疗效及其对中晚期胃癌患者T细胞亚群和生活质量的影响。方法将60例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。对照组单纯采用OFL方案化疗,治疗组在OFL方案基础上加用张氏益胃汤联合治疗。结果实体瘤近期疗效,治疗组有效率56.67%,受益率93.33%,对照组有效率36.67%,受益率70.00%,两组比较,有效率无显著性差异(P0.05),但受益率明显优于对照组(P0.05)。在改善中医临床症状、生活质量及T细胞亚群方面,治疗组和对照组比较,均有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论张氏益胃汤联合OFL方案化疗治疗中晚期胃癌能改善患者临床症状,提高生活质量和免疫功能,控制肿瘤,值得进一步研究探讨。

Effect of Zhangshi Yiwei Decoction on T-lymphocyte Subsets of Advanced Gastric Cancer

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Zhangshi Yiwei decoction combined with chemotherapy in treating advanced gastric cancer, and the effect on the T -lymphocyte subsets and the living quality of gastric carcinoma patients .Method 60 cases of advanced gastric cancer patients were randomized into control group and treatment group .Each group had 30 patients.The control group used OFL chemotherapy regimens only .The treatment group used Zhangshi Yiwei decoction based on the OFL regimens .Result In the short-term curative effect of solid tumors , the effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 56.67% and 36.67%, respectively, and there wasn ’ t significant difference ( P >0.05 ) between the two groups .But the benefit rate of the treatment group ( 93.33%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (70.00%), and there was significant difference between the two groups in statistics (P<0.05).There were significant difference between control group and experimental group on improving the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine , the quality of life and the T-lymphocyte subsets ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion The use of Zhangshi Yiwei decoction combined with OFL chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer could ease the clinical symptoms , promote the immunological function, enhance the life quality of patients , and control tumor and prolong survival .So the comprehensive treatment means of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is deserved to discusse and to further study in advanced gastric cancer .
