中药防治糖尿病下肢血管病变PTA术后再狭窄的疗效

目的研究分析益气活血、化痰解毒中药配合常规治疗,防治糖尿病下肢血管病变PTA术后再狭窄的临床疗效。方法随机选择在我院接受治疗的糖尿病下肢血管病变患者62例作为研究对象,选择治疗时间为2013年3月—2016年3月。所有患者均采用膝下动脉PTA治疗,并按照随机数字抽取表法将62例患者分为对照组和观察组,每组31例。其中对照组采用常规治疗方式,观察组在此基础上采用益气活血、化痰解毒中药配合治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效、ABI、TCPO2、流速等进行比较。结果在治疗28天以内,观察组ABI、TCPO2、流速等与对照组比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗90天和180后,观察组ABI、TCPO2、流速等显著高于对照组,数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率为87.10%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为61.29%,观察组临床疗效更佳,数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论对糖尿病下肢血管病变PTA术后再狭窄患者在常规治疗的基础上配合益气活血、化痰解毒中药治疗效果显著,且能够起到明显的防治效果,值得在临床上推广应用。

Therapeutic Effect of Chinese Medicine in the Prevention and Treatment of Diabetic Lower Extremity Vascular Disease after PTA Restenosis

Objective To study the clinical effect of benefiting qi for activating blood circulation and reducing phlegm for removing toxic substance combined with conventional therapy in the treatment of diabetic lower extremity vascular disease after PTA restenosis.Methods A total of 62 cases of patients with diabetic lower extremity vascular disease who received treatment in our hospital were selected as the study subjects,and patients were selected.The treatment time was from March 2013 to March 2016.All patients were treated with PTA,and 62 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group used conventional treatment,and the observation group used benefiting qi for activating blood circulation and reducing phlegm for removing toxic substance combined with conventional therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,ABI,TCPO2,flow rate and so on was compared.Results Within 28 days of treatment,the ABI,TCPO2 and flow rate of between the observation group and the control group was compared,and the difference was not statistically significant (P＞0.05).90 and 180 days after treatment,the ABI,TCPO2 and flow rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and there was statistically significant data difference (P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 87.10％ and 61.29％,respectively,the clinical curative effect of observation group was better,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The benefiting qi for activating blood circulation and reducing phlegm for removing toxic substance combined with conventional therapy in the treatment of diabetic lower extremity vascular disease after PTA restenosis has significant effect,can play an obvious prevention effect,and it is worthy of clinical application.
