中医体质调护在2型糖尿病患者中的应用分析

摘    要:目的探索及分析2型糖尿病患者进行中医体质调护的临床价值。方法收集本科室2012年10月—2015年10月间接诊的患2型糖尿病的120例患者,根据随机双色球分组法将其随机分成两组:参考组包含60例,提供常规临床护理;护理组包含60例,按照患者的中医体质状况给予针对性的体质调护干预。观察及对比两组的血糖变化状况。结果与护理前相比,两组护理后的各项血糖指标均有明显降低,其中护理组护理后的降低幅度较参考组更为显著(P0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者进行中医体质调护能够有效提高患者的血糖控制效果,值得进一步推广。

Abstract:Objective To explore and analyze the clinical value of traditional Chinese medicine physique regulating on patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods Collecting 120 patients of type 2 diabetes from October 2012 to October 2015, they were divided into two groups according to the double chromosphere random method .The control group of 60 cases was given routine clinical nursing care .The nursing group of 60 cases was given specific physique regulating intervention according to the traditional Chinese medicine physique condition .The blood glucose changes of the two groups were observed and compared .Results After nursing , the glycemic index of the two groups was significantly decreased , and the reduction of the nursing group was more significant ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine physique regulating on patients with type 2 diabetes can effectively improve the control effect of patient ’ s blood sugar , and is worthy of further promotion .
