从补气论治消渴病

早在《黄帝内经》中就对消渴病的命名、病因、病机、症状、治则、预后等方面进行了论述。《金匮要略》有专篇论述消渴病,并立有白虎加人参汤、肾气丸等有效方剂,至今为临床医家所推崇。研究主要根据《金匮要略》的学术理论,结合诸多医家的学术观点及临床实践,从气虚的角度重新解读及辨析消渴病的病因病机,提出"气虚"是消渴病的共性及关键病机,应主要从"补气"方面来治疗消渴病。

Discussion the Treatment of Diabetes based on the Point of Tonifying Qi

There had been discussed the name, etiology, pathogenesis, symptom, therapeutic and prognosis for diabetes in the Huangdi Neijin.There had been also set a special chapter to discuss diabetes in the Jinggui Yaolue, and it had been also created numerous recipes, such as Baihu Renshe pecoction and Shenqi pills.Until now they were highly praised by clinical physicians.This paper aimed to reinterpret and reanalyze the etiology and pathogenesis of diabetes from the viewpoint of deficiency of qi, which mainly based on the academic theory of the Jinggui Yaolue, which also combination with many physicians' academic point of view and clinical practices.Summing up deficiency of qi is the common characters and vital pathogenesis of diabetes, and tonifying qi is the main treatment of diabetes.
