中西医结合治疗原发性高血压疗效观察

目的探讨中西医结合治疗原发性高血压患者血压及生存质量改善的临床效果。方法选择2015年1月—2016年1月内在我院住院治疗的原发性高血压患者共计100例,按随机原则将100例患者分成观察组和对照组,每组50例患者。两组患者均给予口服硝苯地平缓释片进行治疗,观察组患者在此基础上联合中药汤剂口服进行治疗。结果观察组患者的中医证候治疗总有效率为96.0%,显著高于对照组患者的74.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的收缩压和舒张压水平均得到明显改善,改善程度显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的躯体健康、躯体角色功能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情绪角色功能、心理健康等生存质量评分均明显升高,显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论应用中西医结合疗法治疗原发性高血压能够显著改善患者的血压水平和生存质量,从而显著提高患者的整体临床治疗效果。

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Essential Hypertension

Objective To explore the clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy on blood pressure and quality of life in patients with essential hypertension.Methods 100 cases of essential hypertension patients in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were treated with oral administration of extended release nifedipine tablets.Patients in the observation group were given Chinese herbs decoction based on the above treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.0% which was significantly higher than 74.0% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were significantly improved,the improvement degree of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The quality of life of physical health,physical role function,body pain,general health,vitality,social function,emotional function,mental health score groups after treatment were significantly increased,which were significantly higher than those the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy in the treatment of essential hypertension can significantly improve the blood pressure level and quality of life,so as to significantly improve the overall clinical therapeutic effect.
