三级护理质控目标管理模式在ICU的实施与效果

目的:培养ICU专科护士护理质量管理意识,提高ICU专科护士护理管理能力,调动ICU专科护士的工作积极性和主观能动性,提高护理队伍的整体素质和护理质量,提升服务内涵。方法:在ICU实施三级护理质控目标管理,确定护理质量检查内容及指标,制定了ICU三级护理人员划分的标准,成立ICU三级护理质量管理小组,实施"三定、三不定"的检查方法。结论:ICU实施三级护理质控目标管理,不仅有效地提高了科室的护理质量及ICU专科护士护理管理能力,同时也调动了ICU专科护士工作的主动性和积极性,逐渐形成了规范的ICU专科护士持续培养框架。
