| 摘 要： | 目的:回顾分析131I治疗Graves病的临床疗效与相关的影响因素。方法:对本科406例接受131I治疗的Graves病患者进行了1年~2.5年的跟踪随访,分析一次治疗的治愈率和甲减发生率与患者的性别、年龄、甲状腺重量及131I剂量等因素的关系。结果:在随访406例病人中,治愈248例(61.08%),好转155例(38.18%),甲减118例(29.06%),无效3例(0.74%),总有效率99.26%。性别、年龄对Graves病一次131I治疗的治愈率及甲减发生率的影响差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);甲状腺重量1、31I剂量对治愈率及甲减发生率的影响有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:131I治疗Graves病安全、简便、效果显著,可作为Graves病的首选治疗方法。甲状腺重量1、31I剂量等因素可影响131I一次治疗Graves病的疗效及甲减发生率。
