基层医院医护人员安全注射知识、态度、行为调查分析

目的:调查基层医院医护人员的安全注射知识、态度和行为,为干预医护人员的安全注射行为提供依据。方法:采用分层随机抽样方法,对某省基层医院进行问卷调查、现场观察和访谈。结果:医护人员安全注射知识得分为(9.57±1.63)分,医护人员安全注射行为评分的多元线性回归结果显示,知识、科别、医院类别、培训方式、培训频率、对待艾滋病患者的防护态度、对滥用注射现状的认知等对医护人员注射行为安全性有影响。结论:基层医护人员安全注射知识掌握不足,基本持肯定态度,但注射行为存在安全隐患,应采取有效干预措施,增强基层医院医护人员安全注射意识,规范安全注射行为。

Safe injection knowledge,attitudes and behaviors of primary medical staff

Objective：To investigate safe injection knowledge,attitudes and behaviors among medical staff from primary hospitals,then provide evidences for taking measures to reduce unsafe injection practices. Methods：With stratified random sampling,medical staffs from some primary hospitals were investigated by self-designed questionnaire,onsite observation and interviews. Results：The mean score of knowledge was 9.57±1.63.Multiple linear regression results showed that knowledge,department,hospital category, the methods and frequencies of training, protection attitude on living with HIV/AIDS patients and awareness of the unsafe injection situation were the influencing factors of safe injection behaviors.Conclusion：Primary medical staff had insufficient knowledge but positive attitude towards safe injection.Potential safety dangers existed in injection behaviors.Effective interventions should be taken to enhance their awareness on safety injection and standardize their behaviors.
