肾移植受者术后自我效能与健康知识、健康行为的相关性研究

目的:探讨肾移植受者自我效能与健康知识、健康行为之间的关系。方法:采用美国Stanford大学慢性疾病教育研究中心研制的自我效能量表中文版、自行设计的健康知识和健康行为问卷,调查了187名术后时间≥3个月肾移植受者的自我效能、健康知识掌握情况和健康行为,并分析自我效能与知识、行为之间的相关性。结果:肾移植受者的自我效能得分为(6.71±1.79)分,自我效能总分及各维度得分与健康知识、健康行为各方面得分均呈显著正相关。结论:肾移植受者的自我效能有待提高,临床护理工作中可运用自我效能理论对患者进行健康教育,提高患者的自我效能,帮助患者建立良好的健康行为,改善其健康结局。

Correlation of self-efficacy,knowledge and behaviors of kidney transplantation recipients

Objective：To investigate the relationship of self-efficacy, knowledge and behavior of kidney transplantation recipients. Methods：Chronic Disease Self-efficacy Scales, health related knowledge and behavior questionnaire were used to investigate 187 patients who had got kidney transplantation for at least 3 months. Results：The score of self-efficacy of kidney transplantation recipients was （6.71 ± 1.79）. Positive correlation were found among the score of self-efficacy, knowledge and behaviors. Conclusion：Self-efficacy of kidney transplantation recipients need to be improved. Education based on self-efficacy theory might be helpful for them to improve their self-efficacy, knowledge and behaviors.
