| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨奥扎格雷钠联合血栓通治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法:将我院急性脑梗死患者70例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规综合治疗措施,观察组给予奥扎格雷钠联合血栓通治疗,评估两者治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者神经功能缺损评分明显低于对照组,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组均无明显的治疗副反应产生。结论:奥扎格雷钠联合血栓通治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果明确,安全性高,值得应用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effect of sodium ozagrel combined with xueshuantong in treating acute cerebral infarction. Methods: The 70 cases with acute cerebral infarction were divided into the observe group and the control group. The control group received the normal treatment,and the observe group received the treatment of sodium ozagrel combined with xueshuantong. Results: The total effective rate in the observe group were higher than those in control group,and there were significant difference in them (P< 0.05). The scores of neurologic impairment in the observe group were lower than those in control group,and there were significant difference in them (P<0.05). There was no significant side-effect in the two groups. Conclusion: The effect of sodium ozagrel combined with xueshuantong in treating acute cerebral infarction was obvious and the side-effect was few,so they should be worth being used. |
