2型糖尿病心理障碍治疗对糖尿病治疗影响的研究进展

目的:研究2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者心理障碍治疗对糖尿病治疗的影响。方法:初次确诊的T2DM患者556例随机分为加用心理治疗组(干预组)347例及常规治疗组(对照组)209例,采用心理学量评价受试者心理状态,测定糖尿病及并发症相关指标,分析心理障碍治疗对糖尿病疗效的影响。结果:(1)T2DM患者58%存在抑郁,36.3%存在焦虑,自我评价明显减低;(2)干预组体重、血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂较对照组明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:(1)糖尿病患者存在高比例心理障碍,可影响疾病的发展及转归。(2)干预2型糖尿病心理障碍治疗对糖尿病疗效有积极作用。

Research advances in effects of psychological therapy for type 2 diabetes treatment

Objective: To study on effect of therapy on the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients with Psychological disorders. Methods: The 556 patients with T2DM first diagnosed at random were divided into the group combined with psychotherapy (The intervention group,347patients) and the regular therapy group(The control group,209patients). Evaluation of the subject's psychological status with the measuring scales of SDS,SAS,PEI and EPQ. Measure of relevant indicators of diabetes mellitus and its complications. Analysis the effects of psychological therapy for Type 2 diabetes treatment. Results: 58% patients had depression,36.3% patients had anxiety. Self-evaluation significantly reduce. Compared to the control group, the intervention group's body weight ,blood glucose,HbA1C、TG、TC had significant decrease(P<0.05).Conclusion: Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus had a high percentage of Psychological disorders that could impact development of disease and prognosis. The treatment of psychological disorders had a positive effect of the therapeutic effects of diabetes.
