白细胞介素8基因在口腔鳞癌中的表达及意义

目的:探讨IL-8 mRNA在口腔鳞癌和正常口腔黏膜组织中的表达及意义。方法:采用实时荧光定量PCR法对35例口腔鳞癌组织和15例正常口腔黏膜组织中IL-8 mRNA的表达进行定量检测,并分析其与临床特征的相关性。结果:①IL-8 mRNA在口腔鳞癌中的表达为1.02±0.78,明显高于其在正常黏膜中的表达0.51±0.43,两者比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);②IL-8 mRNA在中低分化和临床III、IV期口腔鳞癌中的表达显著高于其在高分化和临床I、II期口腔鳞癌中的表达(P<0.05)。结论:IL-8 mRNA在口腔鳞癌组织中呈高表达,并与分化程度和临床分期相关。

Significance on Expression of IL-8 mRNA in Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Objective:To explore the expression and significance of interleukin-8(IL-8) mRNA in tissues of oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC).Methods:The expression of IL-8 mRNA in 35 OSCC tissue samples and 15 normal oral mucosa tissues was detected by real-time PCR.Moreover,the relationship between the IL-8 mRNA expression and clinical features was assessed using SPSS 13.0 software.Results:① Expression intensity of IL-8 mRNA was significantly increased in tumor tissues compared with normal oral mucosa(P<0.05).② The IL-8 mRNA level in tissues of poorly differentiated(stages III-IV) OSCC was significantly higher than those in patients of moderate differentiated(stages I-II) OSCC(P<0.05).Conclusion:IL-8 mRNA increased significantly in OSCC tissues.The expression level of IL-8 manifested positive correlation to tumor differentiation and clinical stages.
